4 اور ہر قبیلہ سے ایک ایک آدمی جو اپنے آبائی خاندان کا سردار ہے تمہارے ساتھ ہو

42 اورنفتالی کی نسل میں سے ایک ایک مرد جو بیس برس یا اس سے اوپر اوپر کی عمرکا اور جنگ کرنے کے قابل تھا وہ اپن ےگھرانے اور آبائی خاندان کے مطابق اپنے نام سے گنا گیا

43 سو روبن کے قبیلہ کے جو آدمی شمار کیے گئے وہ ترپن ہزار چارسو تھے

44 یہی وہ لوگ ہیں جو گنے گئے اور ان ہی کو موسیٰ اور ہارون اور بنی اسرائیل کے بارہ رئیسوں نے جو اپنے اپنے اؤبائی خاندان کے سردار تھے گنا

45 سو بنی اسرائیل میں سے جتنے آدمی بیس برس یا اس سے اوپر اوپر کی عمرکا اور جنگ کرنے کے قابل تھے وہ سب گنے گئے

46 اور ان سبھوں کاشمار چھ لاکھ تین ہزار پانچسو پچاس تھا

47 پر لاوی آبائی قبیلہ کے مطابق ان کے ساتھ نہیں گنے گئے

48 کیونکہ خداوند نے موسیٰ سے کہا تھا کہ

49 تو لاویوں کے قبیلہ کو نہ گننا اور نہ بنی اسرائیل کے شمار میں ان کا شمار داخل کرنا

50 بلکہ تو لاویوں کو شہادت کے مسکن اور اس کے سب ظروف اور اسکے کے سب لوازم کے متولی مقرر کرنا وہی مسکن اور اس کے سب ظروف کا اٹھایا کریں اور وہی اس میں خدمت بھی کریں اور وہی اس کے آس پاس ڈیرے بھی لگا یا کریں

51 اور جب مسکن کو آگے روانہ کرنے کا وقت ہو تو لاوی اسے اتاریں اور مسکن کو لگانے کا وقت ہو تو لاوی اسے کھڑا کریں اور اگر کوئی اجنبی شخص اس کے نزدیک آئے تو وہ جان سے مارا جائے

52 اور بنی اسرائٰیل نے اپنے اپنے دَل اور اپنی اپنی چھاؤنی اوراپنے اپنے جھنڈے کے پاس اپنے اپنے ڈیرے لگائے تاکہ بنی اسرائیل کی جماعت پر غضب نہ ہو اور لاوی ہی شہادت کے مسکن کی نگہبانی کریں

54 چنانچہ بنی اسرائیل نے جیسا خداوند نے موسیٰ کو حکم دیا تھا ویسا ہی کیا ۔

49 Only ^H389 ^ADV thou shalt not ^H3808 ^NADV number ^H6485 the tribe ^H4294 of Levi ^H3878 , neither ^H3808 ^NADV take ^H5375 ^VQY2MS the sum ^H7218 of them among ^H8432 ^B-NMS the children ^H1121 of Israel ^H3478 ^LMS :

50 But thou ^H859 ^W-PPRO-2MS shalt appoint ^H6485 the Levites ^H3881 over ^H5921 ^PREP the tabernacle ^H4908 of testimony ^H5715 , and over ^H5921 ^PREP all ^H3605 ^NMS the vessels ^H3627 thereof , and over ^H5921 ^PREP all things ^H3605 ^NMS that ^H834 ^RPRO belong to it : they ^H1992 ^PPRO-3MP shall bear ^H5375 ^VQY3MP the tabernacle ^H4908 , and all ^H3605 ^NMS the vessels ^H3627 thereof ; and they ^H1992 ^W-PPRO-3MP shall minister ^H8334 unto it , and shall encamp ^H2583 round about ^H5439 the tabernacle ^H4908 .

51 And when the tabernacle ^H4908 setteth forward ^H5265 , the Levites ^H3881 shall take it down ^H3381 : and when the tabernacle ^H4908 is to be pitched ^H2583 , the Levites ^H3881 shall set it up ^H6965 : and the stranger ^H2114 that cometh nigh ^H7131 shall be put to death ^H4191 .

52 And the children ^H1121 of Israel ^H3478 shall pitch their tents ^H2583 , every man ^H376 ^NMS by ^H5921 ^PREP his own camp ^H4264 , and every man ^H376 ^NMS by ^H5921 ^PREP his own standard ^H1714 , throughout their hosts ^H6635 .

53 But the Levites ^H3881 shall pitch ^H2583 round about ^H5439 ^ADV the tabernacle ^H4908 of testimony ^H5715 , that there be ^H1961 ^VQY3MS no ^H3808 ^W-NPAR wrath ^H7110 upon ^H5921 ^PREP the congregation ^H5712 ^CFS of the children ^H1121 of Israel ^H3478 : and the Levites ^H3881 shall keep ^H8104 the charge ^H4931 of the tabernacle ^H4908 of testimony ^H5715 .

54 And the children ^H1121 of Israel ^H3478 did ^H6213 ^W-EMS according to all ^H3605 ^K-NMS that ^H834 ^RPRO the LORD ^H3068 ^EDS commanded ^H6680 ^VPQ3MS Moses ^H4872 , so ^H3651 ^ADV did ^H6213 they .
