1. I lifted up H5375 mine eyes H5869 again , and looked H7200 , and behold H2009 a man H376 with a measuring H4060 line H2256 in his hand H3027 .

2. וָאֹמַר H559 W-VQY3MS אָנָה H575 ADV אַתָּה H859 PPRO-2MS הֹלֵךְ H1980 וַיֹּאמֶר H559 W-VQY3MS אֵלַי H413 PREP-1MS לָמֹד H4058 אֶת H853 PART ־ CPUN יְרוּשָׁלִַם H3389 לִרְאוֹת H7200 L-VQFC כַּמָּֽה H4100 ־ CPUN רָחְבָּהּ H7341 CMS-3FS וְכַמָּה H4100 אָרְכָּֽהּ H753 ׃ EPUN

2. Then said H559 I, Whither H575 goest H1980 thou H859 ? And he said H559 unto H413 me , To measure H4058 H853 Jerusalem H3389 , to see H7200 what H4100 is the breadth H7341 thereof , and what H4100 is the length H753 thereof.

3. וְהִנֵּה H2009 IJEC הַמַּלְאָךְ H4397 הַדֹּבֵר H1696 בִּי B-PPRO-1MS יֹצֵא H3318 VQPMS וּמַלְאָךְ H4397 W-NMS אַחֵר H312 AMS יֹצֵא H3318 VQPMS לִקְרָאתֽוֹ H7125 ׃ EPUN

3. And, behold H2009 , the angel H4397 that talked H1696 with me went forth H3318 , and another H312 angel H4397 went out H3318 to meet H7125 him,

4. וַיֹּאמֶר H559 W-VQY3MS אֵלָו H413 PREP רֻץ H7323 דַּבֵּר H1696 VPFC אֶל H413 PREP ־ CPUN הַנַּעַר H5288 הַלָּז H1975 לֵאמֹר H559 W-VQY3MS פְּרָזוֹת H6519 תֵּשֵׁב H3427 יְרוּשָׁלִַם H3389 מֵרֹב H7230 M-NMS אָדָם H120 NMS וּבְהֵמָה H929 W-NFS בְּתוֹכָֽהּ H8432 ׃ EPUN

4. And said H559 unto H413 him, Run H7323 , speak H1696 to H413 this H1975 young man H5288 , saying H559 , Jerusalem H3389 shall be inhabited H3427 as towns without walls H6519 for the multitude H4480 H7230 of men H120 and cattle H929 therein H8432 :

5. וַאֲנִי H589 W-PPRO-1MS אֶֽהְיֶה H1961 VQY1MS ־ CPUN לָּהּ CPUN נְאֻם H5002 ־ CPUN יְהוָה H3068 EDS חוֹמַת H2346 אֵשׁ H784 CMS סָבִיב H5439 ADV וּלְכָבוֹד H3519 אֶֽהְיֶה H1961 VQY1MS בְתוֹכָֽהּ H8432 ׃ EPUN פ CPUN

5. For I H589 , saith H5002 the LORD H3068 , will be H1961 unto her a wall H2346 of fire H784 round about H5439 , and will be H1961 the glory H3519 in the midst H8432 of her.

6. הוֹי H1945 הוֹי H1945 וְנֻסוּ H5127 מֵאֶרֶץ H776 M-NFS צָפוֹן H6828 NFS נְאֻם H5002 ־ CPUN יְהוָה H3068 EDS כִּי H3588 CONJ כְּאַרְבַּע H702 רוּחוֹת H7307 CFP הַשָּׁמַיִם H8064 D-NMD פֵּרַשְׂתִּי H6566 אֶתְכֶם H853 PART-2MP נְאֻם H5002 ־ CPUN יְהוָֽה H3068 NAME-4MS ׃ EPUN

6. Ho H1945 , ho H1945 , come forth , and flee H5127 from the land H4480 H776 of the north H6828 , saith H5002 the LORD H3068 : for H3588 I have spread you abroad H6566 H853 as the four H702 winds H7307 of the heaven H8064 , saith H5002 the LORD H3068 .

7. הוֹי H1945 צִיּוֹן H6726 הִמָּלְטִי H4422 יוֹשֶׁבֶת H3427 בַּת H1323 CFS ־ CPUN בָּבֶֽל H894 ׃ EPUN ס CPUN

7. Deliver thyself H4422 , O H1945 Zion H6726 , that dwellest H3427 with the daughter H1323 of Babylon H894 .

8. כִּי H3588 CONJ כֹה H3541 אָמַר H559 VQQ3MS יְהוָה H3068 EDS צְבָאוֹת H6635 אַחַר H310 ADV כָּבוֹד H3519 שְׁלָחַנִי H7971 אֶל H413 PREP ־ CPUN הַגּוֹיִם H1471 D-NMP הַשֹּׁלְלִים H7997 אֶתְכֶם H853 PART-2MP כִּי H3588 CONJ הַנֹּגֵעַ H5060 בָּכֶם CPUN נֹגֵעַ H5060 בְּבָבַת H892 עֵינֽוֹ H5869 CMS-3MS ׃ EPUN

8. For H3588 thus H3541 saith H559 the LORD H3068 of hosts H6635 ; After H310 the glory H3519 hath he sent H7971 me unto H413 the nations H1471 which spoiled H7997 you: for H3588 he that toucheth H5060 you toucheth H5060 the apple H892 of his eye H5869 .

9. For H3588 , behold H2009 , I will shake H5130 H853 mine hand H3027 upon H5921 them , and they shall be H1961 a spoil H7998 to their servants H5650 : and ye shall know H3045 that H3588 the LORD H3068 of hosts H6635 hath sent H7971 me.

10. Sing H7442 and rejoice H8055 , O daughter H1323 of Zion H6726 : for H3588 , lo H2009 , I come H935 , and I will dwell H7931 in the midst H8432 of thee, saith H5002 the LORD H3068 .

11. וְנִלְווּ H3867 גוֹיִם H1471 NMP רַבִּים H7227 AMP אֶל H413 PREP ־ CPUN יְהוָה H3068 EDS בַּיּוֹם H3117 B-AMS הַהוּא H1931 D-PPRO-3MS וְהָיוּ H1961 W-VQQ3MS לִי L-PPRO-1MS לְעָם H5971 וְשָׁכַנְתִּי H7931 בְתוֹכֵךְ H8432 וְיָדַעַתְּ H3045 כִּי H3588 CONJ ־ CPUN יְהוָה H3068 EDS צְבָאוֹת H6635 שְׁלָחַנִי H7971 אֵלָֽיִךְ H413 PREP ׃ EPUN

11. And many H7227 nations H1471 shall be joined H3867 to H413 the LORD H3068 in that H1931 day H3117 , and shall be H1961 my people H5971 : and I will dwell H7931 in the midst H8432 of thee , and thou shalt know H3045 that H3588 the LORD H3068 of hosts H6635 hath sent H7971 me unto H413 thee.

12. וְנָחַל H5157 יְהוָה H3068 EDS אֶת H853 PART ־ CPUN יְהוּדָה H3063 חֶלְקוֹ H2506 עַל H5921 PREP אַדְמַת H127 הַקֹּדֶשׁ H6944 וּבָחַר H977 עוֹד H5750 ADV בִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם H3389 ׃ EPUN

12. And the LORD H3068 shall inherit H5157 H853 Judah H3063 his portion H2506 in H5921 the holy H6944 land H127 , and shall choose H977 Jerusalem H3389 again H5750 .

13. Be silent H2013 , O all H3605 flesh H1320 , before H4480 H6440 the LORD H3068 : for H3588 he is raised up H5782 out of his holy H6944 habitation H4480 H4583 .
