8. וְהֵמָּה ^H1992 טֶרֶם ^H2962 ^ADV יִשְׁכָּבוּן ^H7901 וְהִיא ^H1931 עָלְתָה ^H5927 ^VQQ3FS עֲלֵיהֶם ^H5921 ^PREP עַל ^H5921 ^PREP ־ ^CPUN הַגָּֽג ^H1406 ׃ ^EPUN	8. And before ^H2962 they ^H1992 were laid down ^H7901 , she ^H1931 came up ^H5927 unto ^H5921 them upon ^H5921 the roof ^H1406 ;

14. וַיֹּאמְרוּ ^H559 ^W-VQY3MP לָהּ ^CPUN הָאֲנָשִׁים ^H376 ^D-NMP נַפְשֵׁנוּ ^H5315 תַחְתֵּיכֶם ^H8478 לָמוּת ^H4191 ^L-VQFC אִם ^H518 ^PART לֹא ^H3808 ^NADV תַגִּידוּ ^H5046 אֶת ^H853 ^PART ־ ^CPUN דְּבָרֵנוּ ^H1697 זֶה ^H2088 ^DPRO וְהָיָה ^H1961 ^W-VQQ3MS בְּתֵת ^H5414 ־ ^CPUN יְהוָה ^H3068 ^EDS לָנוּ ^L-PPRO-1MP אֶת ^H853 ^PART ־ ^CPUN הָאָרֶץ ^H776 ^D-GFS וְעָשִׂינוּ ^H6213 עִמָּךְ ^H5973 ^PREP-2FS חֶסֶד ^H2617 ^NMS וֶאֱמֶֽת ^H571 ׃ ^EPUN	14. 15. וַתּוֹרִדֵם ^H3381 בַּחֶבֶל ^H2256 בְּעַד ^H1157 ^PREP הַֽחַלּוֹן ^H2474 כִּי ^H3588 ^CONJ בֵיתָהּ ^H1004 ^CMS-3FS בְּקִיר ^H7023 הַֽחוֹמָה ^H2346 וּבַֽחוֹמָה ^H2346 הִיא ^H1931 ^PPRO-3FS יוֹשָֽׁבֶת ^H3427 ׃ ^EPUN	15. Then she let them down ^H3381 by a cord ^H2256 through ^H1157 the window ^H2474 : for ^H3588 her house ^H1004 was upon the town ^H2346 wall ^H7023 , and she ^H1931 dwelt ^H3427 upon the wall ^H2346 .
16. וַתֹּאמֶר ^H559 ^W-VQY3FS לָהֶם ^L-PPRO-3MP הָהָרָה ^H2022 ^D-NMS-3FS לֵּכוּ ^H1980 פֶּֽן ^H6435 ־ ^CPUN יִפְגְּעוּ ^H6293 בָכֶם ^CPUN הָרֹדְפִים ^H7291 וְנַחְבֵּתֶם ^H2247 שָׁמָּה ^H8033 ^ADV-3FS שְׁלֹשֶׁת ^H7969 ^BMS יָמִים ^H3117 ^NMP עַד ^H5704 ^PREP שׁוֹב ^H7725 הָרֹֽדְפִים ^H7291 וְאַחַר ^H310 ^W-ADV תֵּלְכוּ ^H1980 לְדַרְכְּכֶֽם ^H1870 ׃ ^EPUN	16. 20. וְאִם ^H518 ^W-PART ־ ^CPUN תַּגִּידִי ^H5046 אֶת ^H853 ^PART ־ ^CPUN דְּבָרֵנוּ ^H1697 זֶה ^H2088 ^DPRO וְהָיִינוּ ^H1961 נְקִיִּם ^H5355 ^AMP מִשְּׁבֻעָתֵךְ ^H7621 אֲשֶׁר ^H834 ^RPRO הִשְׁבַּעְתָּֽנוּ ^H7650 ׃ ^EPUN	20. And if ^H518 thou utter ^H5046 ^H853 this ^H2088 our business ^H1697 , then we will be ^H1961 quit ^H5355 of thine oath ^H4480 ^H7621 which ^H834 thou hast made us to swear ^H7650 .
21. וַתֹּאמֶר ^H559 ^W-VQY3FS כְּדִבְרֵיכֶם ^H1697 כֶּן ^H3651 ־ ^CPUN הוּא ^H1931 ^PPRO-3MS וַֽתְּשַׁלְּחֵם ^H7971 וַיֵּלֵכוּ ^H1980 ^W-VQY3MP וַתִּקְשֹׁר ^H7194 אֶת ^H853 ^PART ־ ^CPUN תִּקְוַת ^H8615 ^CFS הַשָּׁנִי ^H8144 בַּחַלּֽוֹן ^H2474 ׃ ^EPUN	21. And she said ^H559 , According unto your words ^H1697 , so ^H3651 be it ^H1931 . And she sent them away ^H7971 , and they departed ^H1980 : and she bound ^H7194 ^H853 the scarlet ^H8144 line ^H8615 in the window ^H2474 .
22. וַיֵּלְכוּ ^H1980 ^W-VQY3MP וַיָּבֹאוּ ^H935 ^W-VQY3MP הָהָרָה ^H2022 ^D-NMS-3FS וַיֵּשְׁבוּ ^H3427 ^W-VQY3MP שָׁם ^H8033 ^ADV שְׁלֹשֶׁת ^H7969 ^BMS יָמִים ^H3117 ^NMP עַד ^H5704 ^PREP ־ ^CPUN שָׁבוּ ^H7725 ^VQQ3MP הָרֹדְפִים ^H7291 וַיְבַקְשׁוּ ^H1245 הָרֹדְפִים ^H7291 בְּכָל ^H3605 ^B-CMS ־ ^CPUN הַדֶּרֶךְ ^H1870 ^D-NMS וְלֹא ^H3808 ^W-NPAR מָצָֽאוּ ^H4672 ׃ ^EPUN	22. And they went ^H1980 , and came ^H935 unto the mountain ^H2022 , and abode ^H3427 there ^H8033 three ^H7969 days ^H3117 , until ^H5704 the pursuers ^H7291 were returned ^H7725 : and the pursuers ^H7291 sought ^H1245 them throughout all ^H3605 the way ^H1870 , but found ^H4672 them not ^H3808 .
23. וַיָּשֻׁבוּ ^H7725 ^W-VUY3MP שְׁנֵי ^H8147 ^ONUM הָֽאֲנָשִׁים ^H376 וַיֵּרְדוּ ^H3381 מֵֽהָהָר ^H2022 וַיַּעַבְרוּ ^H5674 וַיָּבֹאוּ ^H935 ^W-VQY3MP אֶל ^H413 ^PREP ־ ^CPUN יְהוֹשֻׁעַ ^H3091 בִּן ^H1121 ־ ^CPUN נוּן ^H5126 וַיְסַפְּרוּ ^H5608 ־ ^CPUN לוֹ ^L-PPRO-3MS אֵת ^H853 ^PART כָּל ^H3605 ^NMS ־ ^CPUN הַמֹּצְאוֹת ^H4672 אוֹתָֽם ^H854 ׃ ^EPUN	23. So the two ^H8147 men ^H376 returned ^H7725 , and descended ^H3381 from the mountain ^H4480 ^H2022 , and passed over ^H5674 , and came ^H935 to ^H413 Joshua ^H3091 the son ^H1121 of Nun ^H5126 , and told ^H5608 him ^H853 all ^H3605 things that befell ^H4672 them:
24. וַיֹּאמְרוּ ^H559 ^W-VQY3MP אֶל ^H413 ^PREP ־ ^CPUN יְהוֹשֻׁעַ ^H3091 כִּֽי ^H3588 ^CONJ ־ ^CPUN נָתַן ^H5414 ^VQQ3MS יְהוָה ^H3068 ^EDS בְּיָדֵנוּ ^H3027 אֶת ^H853 ^PART ־ ^CPUN כָּל ^H3605 ^NMS ־ ^CPUN הָאָרֶץ ^H776 ^D-GFS וְגַם ^H1571 ^W-CONJ ־ ^CPUN נָמֹגוּ ^H4127 כָּל ^H3605 ^NMS ־ ^CPUN יֹשְׁבֵי ^H3427 הָאָרֶץ ^H776 ^D-GFS מִפָּנֵֽינוּ ^H6440 ׃ ^EPUN ס ^CPUN	24. And they said ^H559 unto ^H413 Joshua ^H3091 , Truly ^H3588 the LORD ^H3068 hath delivered ^H5414 into our hands ^H3027 ^H853 all ^H3605 the land ^H776 ; for even ^H1571 all ^H3605 the inhabitants ^H3427 of the country ^H776 do faint ^H4127 because of ^H4480 ^H6440 us.
